Wait, what if I were to remix one of the themes intended as a field theme into a battle theme? I've seen it done before and I think I could do fairly well with it. What do you think?

Yeah, that'd be great. We need more creative songs on the project OST. (Not saying the songs already done aren't creative. lol)

Thanks. What gave me the idea was when I remembered that the theme for Giratina's battle in the anime/movies was, of all things...a remix of the theme from ROUTE 1!!! 8O

Okay, first one is finished. This is the theme played on Route 26 on the way to Victory Road as well as outside the Indigo Plateau, remixed with the Black and White Soundfonts.
YouTube Link:
If anyone was wondering about the image, that's both a sprite form image of myself and the team I used in WiFi matches until about two months ago (100 win streak and undefeated! ^_^)

Um... That song has already been taken. I kinda hate to be the one to burst the bubble to you. I mean if it's fine with everyone else, it's fine by me, but... I don't know if it is fine with everyone else.

I'm now updating the first post. Please tell about possible mistakes and things out of date! (I didn't have time to check it completely.)

Yeah, I already claimed that song a while ago, and finished the piece with pokemoneinstein. Well all the good ones are taken, so fine. I was intending on doing that one anyways for my YouTube channel, so I thought I might as well [glow=red,2,300]"catch two Starly with one pokeball"[/glow] (variation on "kill two birds with one stone"). My second choice, the rocket hideout theme, I intend to render as a BATTLE theme, which makes it unique (sort of).

Already taken by me and Stein, read the first post for available themes Fine. I just came up with the one I'll do. I'll do both the intro cinematic and main theme. In fact, I already finished it, I just need to post it to YouTube. Sidenote: the midi is for the version of those themes from Super Smash Bros Melee.

If you want to do it a second time as a battle theme, I see no harm in it. Ask Larx and he'll tell you if you can or not.
