Round 10 (1): REGIROCK - Try to make OCs, Try non-techno arrangements
Round 10: (2): SonicWave1000 - Try making more OCs, Try more genres than DnB, Electronica, etc.
Round 11: TheGuitahHeroe - Work on a bit more instrument variety, Try branching into main-series Pokémon games when remixing
Round 12: WherewolfTherewolf - Try to look around the internet for fuller samples to use
Round 13: almightyarceus - Work on better EQ (try to make instruments blend together as a whole piece better), work in more various genres
Round 14: OMGZach72 - Use instruments that blend together better, Make your pieces less erratic, use chords, rests, etc.

Round 17: AMTRAX - Try to find more realistic sounds, Beef up your drum tracks a bit.
Round 18: WitchChao - Get better at EQing, Try more genres

This week on the stands: Everyone! My ratings haven’t really changed for anyone. Not that I can think of, anyway. I’ll edit this if they do. You all know what to do! Rerate everybody who you feel has changed since they were last reviewed. So basically if they’ve gotten better (Or hopefully not worse), let them know. And, well, re-rate them. And remember to nominate. We got no nominations last week. We kinda need to fix that XD

42 views. No re-ratings. WHAT IS THIS BLASPHEMY?!
And on top of that, there were a few people waiting specifically for this moment.

SupaLarx--As I said before, really great work. As you have improved even more since then, I have not much to say. I still, however think your melodies could be more interesting. But they've gotten much better (your Battle! Vs Guitahheroe has a great melody)
Lala-- Pretty much the same as before, if you recall it was something like "Great work!" Besides that I think sometimes your percussion can get a little repetitive.
Dialgia-- Also similar to before, instrumentation is usually good and sound and balance are great. I still think you could use more variety in style/genre/instrumentation. Also, as for ending your songs, I think you improved but you could make them even better by leading into them more gradually.
Stein-- You've improved a significant amount since your round of RTC in multiple aspects. But, since that time I've been waiting for some original compositions! Also, you should've chosen Cyndaquil. Always go for the fire type unless it's Chimchar.
Hunter!-- a lot of great energy from your tunes, and everything sounds great and is balanced. However, be careful of repetition. I do it myself at times, but try to get as much variety out of a single song as you can.
Breloom-- Wow, you have improved a lot, and you were already good to begin with! Original comps are always great! (Being picky here) Remixes are also good but I think your last few B/W remixes, though great, are really similar to each other and their respective originals.
Tobinus-- Much of the same, which is "EXCELLENT." Still, as I said last time, your fan mades are great, there's no mistaking that but I think you may be limiting yourself by thinking under the scope of "Fanmade Pokemon." In my opinion this prevents you from writing anything that doesn't sound "pokemon-ish." So I suggest making some originals that are unrelated to any other OSTs, franchises, etc in order to find your own voice. (Also don't get me wrong, pokemon fan mades are awesome, i may try it out sometime.)
Neon-- Could use more variety in style and drum loops. remixes could deviate more from the original.
XXsweeny-- Sounds are great, and you are generally a good composer. For remixes try changing things up a little more. Also, watch out for reverb, occasionally it's a little too much.
REGI-- Sounds great! I like how you're adding extra parts to your remixes. (Intros, endings, other songs)
Sonicwave-- You create a really good atmosphere within your remixes. That Dennis theme was really impressive.
MandolinCrusader-- Very creative and brimming with skill and quality.
Wherepony-- Unique music, very good composer.
Pokegod-- If you refer to my last rating of you, Arceus, you'll find I feel about the same even now.
Aristozach-- Originals are good, remixes could be more unique. You're good, but I think you need to improve on sound quality and balance. You show great potential. (Haven't heard from you in a while btw)
XTREMETOM-- Orchestration sound great. You've been improving a lot lately! coughkantogymleadercough. However, MORE ORIGINALS!
Yannick--Much the same: very good, very original.
AMTRAX-- Hmmmm.....same as before: GREAT. Keep it up.
Chao-- Sounds really awesome! Still, I think for remixes you need to be more creative. So less remasters and more remixes.
LameheadsZero-- Absolutely the worst. Needs to quit. Relatively soon. Preferably now.
Flameheadshero-- Who?
Joe x 2 + 7 = 5 noms

Alright, finally got some time to do this. . . but not that much. That being said my ratings for everyone up to AlmightArceus will have to stand. OMGZach72 -- I love the fact that your a fast improver, and this will surely do you good in your future compositions. I also love the fact that there is variety in your music. I think it would help if your melodies flowed a little more (soloing feels a little stagnant, if you know what I mean). Production also needs some work, but that's sure to come with time. Overall 83%. xtremethomas -- Try your hand at some OCs! Making OCs is a whole different animal than making remixes; it's a great test of creativity. As far as your remixes go, the production and creativity within them is pretty good; only thing I can see room for improvement on is leveling individual instrument volumes. For instance, in your Unova Wild Pokemon remix/reorchestration, the guitar at the beginning overpowers the track and really drowns out the lead/other instruments. In addition, there were some instruments that I thought were too quiet in your HGSS Kanto Gym Leader Remix (the most recent one, not your older one), namely one of the mallet instruments (can't place the name) in the intro. Work on getting everything to sound equally clear. (EQ helps too.) Overall 82%. YannickJason -- YJ packs a powerful punch (overused analogy is overused ) with his fanmade battle themes. I had the priveledge of collaborating with him on a battle theme and being blown away upon opening up his FLP project. He has a real knack for percussion sound, and filling up a range of frequencies and volumes with said percussion in a fashion which I believe is unmatched on this forum (see the ending part of my collab with him, listen to the percussion, and see what I mean). His uniqueness in the way he composes music truly sets him apart from others in the community, and in a very good way. Overall 97%. AMTRAX -- His arrangements are pretty skillful, especially his Champion Battle UberMix. To completely change the chord progression of the R/B/Y Champion Battle theme. . . VERY impressive. His OCs are the same way, very powerful instruments used. I'm interested to see what he could do with BW soundfonts, if he ever decides to try using them. I also took a listen to some of his Kingdom Hearts orchestral stuff, and they're pretty good renditions, but I'd say that the instruments sound like they're reverbed to sound like they're in the background too much. For your orchestral pieces, AMTRAX, try a little less reverb if you can. Overall 89%. Chao -- He hasn't done any original compositions as far as I can see, but what he has done in his remixes is simply outstanding. The tasteful sounds he uses and the ornaments with which he decorates his music make him, in my opinion, one of the most creative soundfont users I've ever heard. He obviously has some fantastic musical skill, judging by his remixes; why not branch out a bit, try some original compositions? I think with his knowledge and talent with soundfonts he could make a pretty damn good one. Overall 91%. Flameheadshero -- Without a doubt the most underrated composer on the forum. I seriously don't understand how he hasn't won at least one SotW competition with one of his medleys. I swear that if I'd never played Pokemon and didn't know any better, I would never have guess that your Gym Leader Battle medley was actually a medley. The transitions are just sooo smooth. (And the way you incoporate other songs into your remixes are pretty cool, as well.) Also his original compositions are pretty unique too, especially 'Ancient Wood.' The usage of that background instrument (NO idea what it is though, lol), even though it has no reverb on it, really adds to the track a great deal of atmosphere and feeling. (It's amazing how just a simple instrument like that can change the feeling of a track so much...) Overall 94%. So my apologies to all who anticipated ratings from me but hadn't gotten them. . . UNTIL NOW THAT IS

I typed some reviews, but then realized that they were similar with the reviews I typed on the earlier rounds of RtC. Well, here's WitchChao's short review and two others just for the heck of it. WitchChao: You know what you're doing: great use of soundfonts, great instrumentation, very enjoyable remixes. ( This is awesome, 95%) TheGuitahHeroe: The OCRemixer! Keep the amazing work up! :3 WherewolfTherewolf: Still one of the most creative composers here: <3

do we really need to? It wont do much good, considering a lot of people are like" my reviews are the same" but then again, we also have the issue of non active users

Exactly. Not only have there only been three re-ratings, other than Joe and maybe Reddy, we have nothing else to do until we think of something new. That's why it's imperative that everyone checks out that inactivity thread.

Guys, it's been a very long time. While we figure out what to do with RtC, there's still opportunities to re-rate other people.
