Title and question say it all. Should we spend rounds reviewing inactive users? People like Cat and MeanGreenLuigi are never online at all anymore, and people like LieutennantPotato and sircombeestudios are barely online either. In fact, Joe and Reddy are the only two in the running who have a good chance of seeing their ratings.
I say no, and here's why: RtC is already declining. Rounds are constantly being extended due to a lack of reviews and a lot of these people have very few songs anyway. The point of RtC is to help people improve as musicians, but why bother trying to help people who won't see their comments anyway?
Of course, that brings up the question: What will happen to RtC once everyone's been reviewed? And the truth is, I just don't know. I have a very faint idea of what I might do, but it needs a lot of work and at this point, I'd rather have full community input and have users pitch suggestions.
So yeah, this thread is essentially for the discussion of those two questions.

Can we vote more than once?

13 votes no, zero votes yes.
It's pretty clear.

We need a way to revamp RtC. I'd hate to see it fade away :/

You know, there's still a perfect vacancy to discuss what constitutes someone as inactive for RtC and what to do when it's done.

Well it's more a question of whether or not they'll SEE it, so... No.

I can't believe I never saw this. Well, when I had started RtC, inactive or unregistered, you were able to be reviewed. Either way, I don't really care. To be honest, I think we should just scrap this. It's pretty much dead, unless you guys can find some sort of way to miraculously revive this. lol I voted No Particular Opinion.

It's not Rate the Composer dying, it's peoples lack of enthusiasm to actually review their friends. I find this INCREDIBLY irritating. To see people, such as DJ (Who DESERVES to be reviewed), be neglected by other users, just because they say they "don't have enough time".
Come on guys. I know you ALL have time. Why not sacrifice 10 minutes or so of your time on the computer to review a friend or a person who wants to be reviewed and should be reviewed? It's really not hard at all. Stop making excuses, and review to help them AND to help RtC. It is THE only solution.

You know....
What was the point of the "no opinion" option? If you have no opinion, why vote?

Good point there.
I agree with Hunter. I'm guilty of it as well, but it is something we all need to fix.

I hope the one and a half hours I spent were well spent ;D
I think most people think "Everything I want to say, is already said, so I won't say it". I know I myself have thought so at least. I don't know how to solve this problem though, but I would like to say that everyone could try to write something, even if it's the same as what the others have written - you may get a new idea while writing. Still, I don't want people to just post a post just to satisfy our dear, loved hunter. Thought is still a must-have ;D
