Well I was wondering if anyone here knows the best video format for uploading to youtube. There's got to be a best for audio quality. Anyone know?

I'd recommened .avi, .mp4. I'm currently using .wmv only because Sony Vegas is set to that, and I'm too lazy to change it. But when uploading Mario Paint Composer videos, I usually used .avi or .mp4 and I got the best quality out of that. Although, I'm pretty sure audio isn't really part of the video (If that makes sense... it probably doesn't.) You'd actually just have to make a high quality audio file if you want the best audio quality. I use .wav because it's uncompressed. When audio is uploaded to YouTube, it compressed the audio and makes it sound... odd. lol So, using something like an mp3 (mp3s are compressed a lot) only makes it worse. By the way, this entire post was worded incorrectly. lol But, use .wav in your videos instead. I learned all of this during a recording session when a music producer came to our school. xP

I've been using wmv since it's the movie maker default (though exporting in 1080p)
Man I hate movie maker

I use f4v format, 1080p, audio quality forced at 320kbps. I tend to use WAVEs a lot in my videos, and only a few times did I use mp3. Then FL glitched and I've stuck with WAVE ever since, always converting to 320kbps mp3 (once I had 450kbps, which made for a fun story) if necessary.
