I'm incredibly tired so I'll make this quick... Don't make unneeded threads. The threads like the thread for OCs in the Composing board, or the thread for Collaborations in the Collaboration board. They're what the board is for, and we should condense these things into cluttered threads when we've got a nice whole board for them. Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

You're right. The two threads could be locked as info threads for the boards. I can edit the collab thread later today.
//Although, what if I have a smaller OC or collab thing and I think it's unnecessary to make a thread for it? Is it bad if the threads vary so much like "A little test song" and "The Epic medley I made for three months" or "Can someone help me with my drum patterns?" and "The most epic collab that everyone can join"?

But, isn't that what the board description is for?

But, isn't that what the board description is for? I meant an example thread, sorry.

But seriously, what are we gonna do?
I suggest that people would start a thread for their own original compositions after they have at least 2-3 of them and before that post them to the general OC thread.
The general collab thread could be for small projects.

The general collab thread could be for small projects. I say members should just post their original compositions in their own thread. The General OC thread was made during the point at which we didn't have the General Music category, but now that we have that category, the thread is basically unnecessary.

One thread for person or song? And what about the collab board?

One thread for person or song? And what about the collab board? Person or song. Doesn't really matter I guess, unless someone else brings something else up. Collaboration board? I guess someone could do something like this: "I need help on a collab" I need some people to join me on a collab. Any takers? ------------------------------------------ You know? Something like this that I did a thread for: fanmadepokemon.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=collaboration&action=display&thread=111

So the two unnecessary threads can be locked and this discussion is over? //Well, they're already locked.
