Hey, Everyone! Due to the fact that Garageband users can make nor exports MIDI files. I had a idea that lets Garageband users make Collaborations. One person would make the MIDI after deciding what to make. Then, the Garageband user would import the MIDI, then select the instruments. Sort of easier and harder then a regular Collaboration would be.
Now, who would like to try this with me. ;D

So... For example a FL Studio user makes a MIDI and sends it to the GarageBand user. Then the GarageBand user imports the MIDI to GarageBand and changes the instruments etc.
I could try that! Are we making an arrangement or an original composition?

Are we making an arrangement or an original composition? Correct! I thought people would put it the wrong way. Well, We could make either one. First, we got to think of the genre for a arrangement and the type of music for a original composition. (ex: Battle theme, town theme, character theme, road theme) For now, I think a OC would be better to do.

Uh, It would be easier to do this on Thursday so I can be with my Mac, but oh well. Let me think. Snowy Town? I've done a couple Christmas remixes before. I have the right instruments to do it. If you want Christmas bells. There are notes on the drums that makes Christmas bells. Shoot me a PM if you want to know what notes they are. I have a MIDI that has the notes in them.

Just one more question and then I'm ready. The genre. Would it be like a Christmas genre?

Was the intention of this thread a collaboration request, or an announcement of your idea? Either way it shouldn't be listed as an announcement here.

Maybe I should take this one. lol I, myself, put it as an announcement so that users could actually see the thread, so his idea wouldn't just be and idea. Ya know? So he could actually put it into action. But, now that he's found a partner. I'm changing that.
