I was playing Sweet Home again the other day (which is basically the "original" survival horror game since it had inspired Resident Evil in the first place; plus, it's an RPG!), and the music from the game had inspired me to actually make a few FamiTracker OCs for the first time ever. xP So, I'm making one of these OCs, and I get to thinking - why not just make a fake OST for a survival horror RPG for the NES, like Sweet Home? And thus this was born. Right now, I only have these two tracks, but hopefully I won't stop there. Oh, and I probably won't name theme except for what I envision them for (e.g. character themes, area themes). So, if you want to suggest names, go ahead. =P Forest2nd FloorUnderground

How many songs are you planning on having for this OST? Or are you planning to just continue going until you feel you have enough? Also, these sound great.

I'm kinda going under the "going until I think I have enough" route. Though maybe if I had an actual plot / fake game figured out, it would help as a guideline. But that's for a different day. xP

Your skills with 8bit never cease to amaze me. ;w; Knowing you use FamiTracker, it's now easy to see why your style is so heavily NES influenced, but in this case it works really well. These are such awesome, compelling pieces; they're really eerie and mysterious. I can perfectly imagine these in a Horror Survival/Zombie slayer type game for the NES. Well done.
