I don't know how to feel about this game. If they can one up the story of the first one, then I'm all for it.

My first reaction: WTF!?
My thoughts after a while: N flew to a distant land, and so we can assume Ghetsis did... perhaps we may explore that distant land? What if that distant land is an older region? What if it's Hoenn? *shiny eyes*

I waited for nearly a whole hour until Masuda-san appeared in Pokémon Smash (I was watching it live), and when I heard (the image froze due to the amount of fans using KeyHoleTV xD) the news, I couldn't believe it was true. Then I saw the pictures, and I have to say that I wasn't able to sleep after that. Meloetta has been revealed now too (the poster is real), and I hope these games are more distinct from the original pair than ever before, because they are supposed to be sequels. Indirectly, Ruby/Sapphire remakes are confirmed too, or 90% confirmed, if you take a look at some things from BW2: 1. The logo numbers are coloured according to Reshiram's and Zekrom's types (fire and electric), something that reminds me of the two main colours of Gen. III: red and blue. 2. The games are going to be released in June 2012. An early date like this is unusual in Japan, except for the original Red and Green and their remakes. Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen were released in January 2004, and Pokémon Emerald in September 2004, both in the same year. 3. Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire 10th anniversary in Japan is this year's November

Why not Pokemon Grey?

Because Grey would be lame. I'm much happier that they're doing sequels than a third version.

The fusions have me super excited. They're like, the dream that ever pokefan has at some point or another. "Gee, I wonder what I would be like if you could fuse pokemon together?" I know I doodled pokemon Fusions.

I saw that earlier today. It seems to be really good, even though I don't see much point to change the Gym Leaders.

I see that Yusuke Ohmura is taking over more of the character design this time around...
