Fantastic job man. This seriously sounds like a champion battle, if I've ver heard one. Yours is probably the most realistic OC for a champion battle that I've heard in a while.

There's a lot more that I could have done to improve upon this. You use iMovie? What do you use for the actual music? GarageBand hasn't been nice to me lately... |:C Fantastic job man. This seriously sounds like a champion battle, if I've ver heard one. Yours is probably the most realistic OC for a champion battle that I've heard in a while. Alder's battle theme in Black and White was just disappointing, to say the least, so I definitely tried hard to make it sound more appropriate for a Champion battle. ^^; Still, as some have pointed out, this could definitely have a much stronger percussion. Thanks anyway! Finally uploaded something! This is great man! Really fits a champion battle. Thank you! Like I said earlier, I definitely tried to make a song that stays faithful to the original style.

I honestly think the percussion is fine, it is, however, kind of empty. Maybe some background strings or a stronger bass line would help fill that in. c: Other than that, it' pretty cool! :> (only the cool kids use two smileys per post)

This is really awesome! I pretty much have to agree with everyone so far; it's got a nice intense champion feel. Simple percussion isn't bad, but like Larx said, you might try filling it out with more BG and Bass. The Composition is amazing though! With a little polish it'd be extremely awesome! I really love how you pulled off the tempo changes into different rhythms especially!

I doubt that doing anything to the bassline would help; I already brought it up above GarageBand's limit by doubling the track. Some kind of ambient chords might work, though. Again, thanks for the suggestions! SHUT PU MY MOMMY SAYS IM COOL!1!!!@#$%^&*onetwothree! This is really awesome! The Composition is amazing though! With a little polish it'd be extremely awesome! I really love how you pulled off the tempo changes into different rhythms especially! Hehe, thanks! The tempos were ridiculously hard to get to fit perfectly. I wanted the slow ostinato section to be half the speed of the main melody, with the first transition area to be somewhere in between with a decrescendo. It was definitely difficult because if the main melody sounded perfect, the slow part was way too fast (and vice-versa). :/ Due to all of the great ideas I've heard, I'll edit this song up to be as good as it can be! I'll try to finish within the next week, so stay tuned! *commercial break* EDIT: Realizing that this is in the wrong forum. Can somemod move this to the Pokémon-related composition forum?

What do you mean by doubling? When I say stronger, I mean trying lowering the bass an octave.

What do you mean by doubling? When I say stronger, I mean trying lowering the bass an octave. Or you could have the bass be playing two octaves simultaneously. That's what the Unova Elite Four music did for the intro.

By doubling, I meant that I had the bassline on two different instruments to make it sound louder and stronger, but changing the octaves might help. Thanks!
