To answer your question Yes, it is quite possible for someone to make a Zelda 64 soundfont. No, it's not on my to-do list, and it probably wont ever be a project I would consider taking up. HOWEVER, if there's someone else that wants to take it up and doesn't mind putting more effort than blinding throwing the samples into an editor: goldeneyevault.com/viewfile.php?id=212 <- This can be used to extract the instrument waves from the game, which can then be compiled into a soundfont using Viena or what-have-you. Bear in mind this is a game that would probably take a lot of work to make a proper sounding soundfont, a lot of the instruments probably have multiple samples for each one, not to mention guessing the splits and ASDR will be fun.

That's not actually an ocarina of time soundfont; it's an A Link to the Past soundfont with some random samples from else where thrown in to make it compatible with OoT midis.
