I don't really know what to say.. your music sounds great at worst, super awesome at best, but I think I'll adopt a "Good stuff" / "Suggestions for improvement" pattern Please note that I have listened to only a few videos, and therefore I may be inaccurate at best, so.. please take everything with a grain of salt, okay? I also tend to write a lot of stuff for improvements.. simply because you're so good you probably know that you are good yourself.- I changed this up now.. hihi. Good stuff- It seems like you know music theory, and that you aren't a newbie - you're far from that!
- I like how you mix several themes into one - it really makes it sound more unique.
- In your newer stuff, the instruments almost always sound great!
- I also like how you mix several themes.
- You don't copy-paste all the time.. or you copy-paste, then change stuff. I like that.
- I also like how you mix several themes.
Suggestions for improvement- I don't know if you already do this, but.. I feel you could try to tell a story in your remixes. It is harder to do so in a remix than in an OC, but it could be worth a try. Either story or message or what ya want. I have a little feeling, though, that it's just me who doesn't hear it, since I haven't been that concentrated today (your music is enjoyable to listen to, don't misunderstand )
- Also, despite you mixing together several pieces, it can still feel a little, tiny bit too similar to the original at parts.
- Your mixing is very good for the most part, but there are instruments that could be changed and such - one example is in your most recent video ("Subterranean Locomotion"), where in one part, there is a trumpet or something that plays short, quick notes, but because of the nature of the instrument used (too long.. attack time?), it felt a bit odd. (1:20)
But of course, all these things are details and are just suggestions which are meant to help you climb even higher - just make sure you don't climb all the way up to heaven, or else you might end up speaking Norwegian... uh I dunno if Christianity references are allowed. Anyway, very enjoyable music! I won't rate you directly, but let's say...... that you are Thundurus out of Genesect.

Thanks Tobinus, i'll try to consider what you said next time I write something.
Stein, I use Finale to write my music. Just recently though I've been using garageband and logic for soundfonts and stuff. However, I write the actual music in Finale.

You bought Logic? Oh... Does it come with Garageband's Jam Packs, or no?

Well, idk if I ever told you but, I'm a student at UArts so as long as I attend here I can use Logic for free. But occassionally i do use some sounds from garageband. So far only my last three videos were made partially in Logic.

Oh. Did it come with the Jam Pack instruments, or does Logic have its own instruments?

Logic comes with it's own instruments but it also lets me use the default garage band sounds.
