I'm afraid that I won't be able to review because my internet connection hasn't worked at all since yesterday. I hope I can do it next week on the round 20. :3

I should have a week extension on my review since one week has past and i still only have one review.

I am very impressed FlameHeadsHero, gotta say, all your pieces are very enjoyable to the ear. All your pieces are really solid, that is that there are barely any flaws in terms of wrong notes or off beats and such. You also are very good at changing the original notation and making it your own unique rendition I must say though, that some of your samples in your pieces don't fit sometimes. Like in your most recent remix "Subterranean Locomotive" the strings and the saw don't sound too great in the piece. Also another thing, I don't know about garageband, but you should EQ your compositions a little better, that will in turn make your samples sound better. Good luck in the future

Okay, my internet connection works again and I'm able to review you. :3
At first I gotta say I really like your instrumentation in most of your songs, but I agree with Hunter on the sample fitting and EQ. You make your remixes sound unique and I enjoy listening to them. I also like how you sometimes mix parts from several songs together. Overall you're a very good composer. Experiment with new genres and learn by Tobinus's and Hunter's reviews. :)

Well I've gotta say, I can tell you are a fantastic composer. Judging by your more recent remixes, you need more time working in Logic to pull off stuff that, not only are you capable of, but sounds AMAZING. Your music, however, made in the other program is awesome! It's very solid and you really know how to use that program, and I think if you get the Orchestra Jam Pack for GB, you will be one of, if not the best orchestrator on the forum. Your medleys are great all the way through, and you've got a great sense of EQ. Again, though, the pieces you've made in Logic seem to have stamen a slight step backwards. Practice practice practice, and you'll have 500 subs in no time! (But learning a thing or two about instrument velocity would help, too)

Thanks everyone, I have a good idea on what I need to work on now.
@stein: Yeah, I agree with you, with Finale I have years of experience but with Logic there's a lot of unfamiliarity. But that'll change with time. Also, I'm not sure what you meant by instrument velocity. Could you elaborate on that?

But that'll change with time. Exactly. I have absolutely no doubt that you'll soon be a fantastic Logic user. And as for velocity, it might be called something different in Logic. In GarageBamf, if you bring up the piano roll and click on a note, if you look to the left, there will be a slider labeled "velocity." I'm not sure if it's the same in Logic, but you do have GB if you can't find Logic's equivalent. I suggest playing around with that and learning a thing or two about how the notes sound for different emotions you're trying to convey.

Garagebamf. . . lolol
Anyway, I must apologize to everyone who I never rated after Wolf's round (I think). . . However it's for a reason. I've been very busy as of late and I've decided that I will rate everybody once re-ratings come around, after round 20, to (sort of) make up for not rating.
I hope this is acceptale :\

Still only 4 reviews after 2 weeks? Wow. Disappointing. Anyway, Round 20 is coming soon. Round 20 will be just re-ratings, no extra person to review.
EDIT: It appears we can no longer lock topics. I could use some help here, Larx xD
