Well, everything else has its own thread here, so why not? If you don't know of it, FamiTracker is a free music-making program that uses the good old NES's sound system to make 8bit songs (complete with only 2 square, 1 triangle, 1 noise, and 1 DCPM channels unless you use an expansion chip). I absolutely love it, even though it takes some time to understand how it works (especially since technically you have to make "instruments" yourself or find some others made), but the hard work pays off when you get something like Plus, ya know, working with the NES's limits is pretty challenging and fun in itself. :B Here's the official website, if anyone's interested: famitracker.shoodot.net/

It's quite hard to use, but I've been trying to do something with it. I just think it's slow to make songs with it.
