Some are decent I guess.. Servine, Venipede, Galvantula, Mandibuzz and Ferroseed all sound like plausible names.
HOWEVAR, Fungus amongus, klink klang and Krookodile can suck it. Oh well, i never liked them to begin with anyway.

I'm very disappointed in these English names. Seriously guys, is this the best they can do? Most of those names are just so lame. Like Sandile... or Axew... or Lampent. I have to admit there's some pretty cool names too like Pidov, but most of those names are just unimaginative, random and lame. The japanese names were so much better.
Son, I am disappoint.
//Oh yeah, and I'm SO disappointed in Kojondo's name too. Mienshao? Are you kidding me? D:

I think someone has a case if the Asian gibberish fever As someone who's Japanese on another website put it:
"Do you guys realize that the names they use in the Japanese version sound as equally retarded in Japanese as the English sound in English?
In fact, Gen. 1 - Gen. 4's English names were way better than the Japanese names. "
"Exactly, it's just nonsense text that barely makes sense. "
It's not like all the old ones made the most sense either: Kyogre Bidoof Wobbefet
Basically, because you have absolutely no clue what the japanese names mean they seem better, when in reality they are equally idiotic.

I'm just disappointed in how lame they are. At least in past generations it was pretty easy to see how to pronounce them. These just look like Romanizations of some different language. And the ones that aren't just weird are just plain lame. Sandile? Foongus? Come on. I knew their designs were a stretch but I didn't think their names would be just as lame...

According to Bulbapedia, it's Axe+Chew, so I'm guessing it's (AXE-ooh)

The worst ones for me are Carracosta, Alomomola (WHERE does this come from), Cryogonal, Volcarona, Audino, Throh and Sawk.
And one I really like is Gellicent. It remainds me of "Maleficent"...

Lol, Serperior. Such a pompous, arrogant name, but so fitting for it! XD
Also, I'm sure you all know this, but Genosekuto's English name is Genosect, although it isn't mentioned on the list.
