Not to be confused with NoteWORTHY Composer
I'm sorry larx, but this program is better (but it does cost money so it balances it out a bit there )
Basically this is the program I use to create everything you've heard me make.
Some great features!
1. It is very simple to use! You can drag and drop notes (whether they are quavers, or whole notes) into the staff, and the program has a very friendly interface.
2. "Graph Overnotes" This is the best part about Notation Composer, basically the "Graph Overnotes" feature is a pitch bend, volume, and panning editor. It is incredbly accurate in that you can draw a line up and down the staff do indicate whether the pitch should bend up or down; whether the volume should fade out or get louder, or whether the sound should be placed on the left or right speaker.
3. Sound Changes Another great tool is the Sound Change tool. You can change a sound as many times as you want to any of the 127 (or 128?) General MIDI sounds where ever you want in your score.
4. Not only does it compose accurately but it reads MIDI sequences perfectly! You can edit any MIDI sequence you like.
5. You can add lyrics, change staff symbols, add grace notes, it basically covers everything you need!
6. Piano Roll option
Need I say anything else... wait yes go to their website:
www.notationcomposer.com
There is more information there, I'm pretty sure you can download a 30 day trial, test it out, I'm sure you'll be pleased with it!
If you have any queries on Notation Composer, post below, or PM me.
