pokemoneinsteinEverything in this game is meant to change the way we think about and play pokémon. I love what this generation has to offer. But seriously , I have to agree with you, pokemoneinstein. If it takes this long just to train, and I'm not even halfway through the game, I will get very bored. I've already put mine down for the moment. I have some more pressing matters to attend to.

Need time to grind levels? Obviously Game Freak expects that you find the time to play whenever possible.

I've never seen an image so inspiring and frightening at the same time.

Kay guys, updated team!
Duosion ♂ (lvl 34) Seismitoad ♂ (lvl 37) Tynamo ♂ (lvl 27) Bakuryu (Excadrill) ♂ (lvl 32) Unfezant ♂ (lvl 33) Darmanitan ♂ (lvl 35)
I took out my starter because I don't like Emboar's stats. Especially after finding out that its the WORST of all the starters!

I'm not too far in the game (just beat 3rd Gym) so here is my first post of my team! Lv 23 Lolrus (Dewott) Lv 22 Earth? (Roggenrolla) Lv 23 Throw (Throh) Lv 22 EskimoKiss (Woobat) Lv 23 Zapra (Blitzle) Lv 21 Daatsy (Herdier)
I know, lame sounding team, but I'm debating who I should kick out/add. Im thinking maybe Herdier but idk.

Yeah. I mean, don't get me wrong, Black and White are amazing, but if I have to grind this much, I can legitimately imagine getting incredibly bored and never finishing the game. I just got the most amazing item ever, a lucky egg! I've never actually used it since it was introduced in previous generations, but it really helps!

My team:
Lv 26 Servine, nickname: "Smugleaf" role: The "Swiss Army Knife" of my team. Can take on most opponents using combos around the moves Growth and Leech Seed, then followed up with Leaf Tornado or Mega Drain.
Lv 26 Liepard, nickname: "Ocelot" Role: One word: ninja. Hit with Fake Out, then Sand Attack like crazy to lower accuracy before going in for the kill with Pursuit.
Lv 26 Sawk, nickname: "Chuck N." Role: My "Big Stick" (like the name suggests). Uses a combo with a Scope Lens, Focus Energy and Karate Chop. Also used for a combo with Retaliate.
Lv 24 Darumaka, nickname: "Torch" Role: Not much yet other than cannon fodder. Will become a sweeper upon evolution at lv 35, but already shows potential as is.
Lv 5 Patrat, nickname: "Sentinal" Role: HM Slave. I know it's only level 5, but it has two other functions, one of which being that I can escape wild battles easily; the other use is that I send it into battle, let it get knocked out, then I send in Chuck N. for the kill with Retaliate.
Why only five pokemon? So that way when I catch a new one I can start training it immediately without having to go back to the Pokemon Center to swap out. I'm also very shrewd in building my team; I will take only the best, and nothing less.

If it's after the third, I already saw her, and I got ultra balls : if it's after the fourth gym, I haven't challenged her yet.
